What is the buyer process of buying a piece of real estate? This is a question that is asked many times of me, and our team. 

What does the whole transaction look like? 

What is each piece of the deal?

Today we’re going to run through a quick summary of what each piece of the transaction looks like, but we're also going to give you the opportunity to get a FREE video series explaining, in-depth, each part of the buying process.

We like to say, “turning the lights on for people.” If I walk through a haunted house, it's scary. 

But, if I tell you where everything is at, have someone to guide you around, and turn the lights on, then it doesn't become as scary, right?

This goes for real estate as well.

If we are doing our job and positioning people correctly and setting the right expectations, then there's not a ton that can catch people off guard.

Here are the 10 steps we have outlined for the buyer side of a real estate transaction. 

They are comprised of two sets of five steps;
