How do you use market shifts to your advantage? Do you let them eat you up or do you use them to your advantage?
I have been watching a lot of Gary Vaynerchuk lately and as many know he is the social media king. He has been talking about how social media is the lifeblood of business now and in the future. Changing in the face adversity may be too late. You must be studying the markets and getting ready to make your move before the turns in the market happen.
If you are a business owner you must position yourself accordingly. You must acquire assets and add as many assets to your portfolio as possible. This goes for individuals and employees as well. As a rule of thumb the more streams of income you have the better. In today's world it is easier than ever to start a business on the side or buy rental real estate etc.. You must take advantage of the readily available knowledge you have all around you.

There is NO time like the present. We all know what we NEED to do so why are most of us NOT doing it?
Take time to reflect and ask yourself that question. It is something I am constantly asking myself. What can I do better so that I am furthering myself and getting closer to my goals every single day?
How can we be better for ourselves? How can we be better for our families? How can we be better for our business? I lack in many areas and I am constantly trying to improve in those areas of weakness so I can be a well rounded machine.
If you do this you will be able withstand the market shifts and cultural shifts of our time. Staying grounded and steady when all is raging around you will prove to be the biggest boon of all!
